Silk pillowcase questions

Ask us something
What momme is best for a silk pillowcase?

Sleep Foundation calls 19 to 25 momme the ideal range for a pillowcase, and Slip and Blissy both state 22. A higher momme is a heavier fabric; claims that it lasts longer are the brands' own.

Is a satin pillowcase the same as silk?

No. Silk is a fiber; satin is a weave, today usually made of polyester. US rules require the fiber on the label, so read that line rather than the word "satin". See silk vs satin, compared.
